A man who used a walker to get across rural Ohio after a car accident is suing the driver for failing to take adequate precautions when he was struck by the truck's trailer and was rushed to hospital after s더킹카지노uffering serious head injuries.

John L. Wilson said the driver of the semi-trailer hit him in the chest and face and died from his injuries four days later.

Wilson, 56, suffered multiple injuries including a concussion and a brain injury after being struck by a van while walking outside with his son, who was in the driver's seat.

He said he had been playing outside with his son when the van suddenly pulled over in front of him.

'I was playing on the side of the road, so I was trying to keep it from hitting the curb,' he told the Ohio newspaper The Toledo Blade더킹카지노. 'This van pulled up next to me and the driver started driving.

Wilson went to the hospital that day for emergency brain surgery, which involved a titanium plate inserted into his skull.

Doctors told him he suffered a head injury from the impact.
